1. Services

DG Motions provides custom AI-powered video services for sales, training, onboarding, and related business communication use cases ("Services"). All Services are scoped, priced, and delivered on a project-by-project basis.

No service is considered active until a proposal has been accepted and payment terms have been agreed upon.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All projects start at $999 USD.

• Final pricing is determined based on project scope, customization, and complexity.

• Pricing is confirmed only after a strategy call and completion of the onboarding process.

• Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the accepted proposal or invoice.

DG Motions reserves the right to pause or cancel work if payment terms are not met.

3. Scope of Work

Each project includes a clearly defined scope outlined in the final proposal. Any requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

DG Motions is not obligated to provide services, revisions, or deliverables beyond what is outlined in the accepted proposal.

4. Revisions

Projects include a structured revision process as outlined in the proposal.

Revisions are limited to adjustments that align with the original project scope. Substantial changes to direction, messaging, or structure may be treated as a new scope of work.

DG Motions does not offer unlimited revisions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

• Supply brand assets, scripts, or references (if applicable)

• Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by incomplete or late client feedback may impact delivery timelines.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope and responsiveness during onboarding and review.

While most projects are delivered within days after scope confirmation, DG Motions does not guarantee exact delivery dates unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final delivered video for its intended business purposes.

DG Motions retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide.

8. No Guarantees

DG Motions does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, conversion rates, or performance results from the use of any delivered video.

All Services are provided on a best-effort basis using professional standards.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of the Services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Cancellations after project start may still be subject to full or partial payment.

Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

DG Motions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or Services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the DG Motions website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt website functionality.

DG Motions reserves the right to update or remove website content at any time.

12. Third-Party Tools

DG Motions may use third-party platforms for scheduling, communication, hosting, or delivery. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DG Motions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
